HD Frame Rate Conversion

The For-A FRC-7000 HD Frame Rate Converter is the most advanced High Definition frame rate converter available in the industry, bar none. For this reason, in keeping with Precision Transfers pledge of providing the best quality and services available, we have installed the For-A FRC-7000 in our Toronto office. Our For-A FRC-7000 has been installed with all the features that are offered by For-A. These features include Vector Motion Compensation processing which allows for reduced judder and reduced video resolution deterioration in frame rate conversion. Furthermore, with 23.98 originated materials, we offer a motion compensated conversion to 59.94, providing a smoother conversion over a standard 3:2 pulldown. Another feature is Scene Cut detection which is identical in function as the Clean Cut option on our Snell & Wilcox Alchemist standards converter. Our For-A FRC-7000 also has Reverse 3:2 pulldown detection and removal which allows for smooth frame rate conversion between 23.98 and film originated material to other video frame rates. The automatic scrolling text detection feature along with motion compensation conversion allows for seamless conversion from program material through the credits. Our conversions allow for up to 16 channels 48kHz 24-bit embedded audio to be synchronized with the video conversion without delay or phase change to the final selected video format. Please note that this embedded audio also supports Dolby E.
